Fearghal is currently Co-Founder and Partner at Smart Achievement, a Management Consultancy company focused on the Microelectronics industry. He has previously spent over 25 years in the Microelectronics industry in a wide range of technical, sales and management positions. During this time, he has worked with Plessey Radar (now Siemens), Texas Instruments, S3 and Duolog Technologies (now ARM) in Ireland, UK, Sweden, France, US and Hungary.
Fearghal received a BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Queens University, Belfast in 1987 and has recently completed a postgraduate course in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Enterprise from University College, Dublin.
