The MIDAS Electronic Project Competition has been designed to foster excellence in electronic and microelectronic design and development and is open to all students studying electrical, electronic or microelectronic engineering in 3rd level colleges. A €1000 gift token will be awarded to the winning project and €250 gift tokens awarded to the two runners up. The prizes have been kindly sponsored by Analog Devices, Ireland.

The adjudication panel will now get to work on reviewing all the entries to draw up a shortlist for the final in October 2018. The shortlist will be announced by Mid-September.
