This four day course prepares you for the Project Management Professional® certification. Our Project Management Professional (PMP)® training is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and necessary contact hours to pass the exam and succeed as a project manager. The PMP® certification is the gold standard in project management certification and distinguishes you from other project professionals. It proves you have the project leadership and expertise in any way of working: predictive, hybrid or agile. Who is the course for?

This course is for people who are experienced in working on projects and want to get a formally recognised certification in project management.

To qualify to sit the PMP® exam, you also need to demonstrate that you have three years of project experience if you have a primary degree or five years of project experience if you do not have a degree, in the last eight years.

Trainer Profile

Norma Lynch is an international consultant and trainer, with over 20 years’ experience delivering projects and building the project management capability of global teams. She is highly qualified, with a Degree in IT, Diploma in Higher Education & a Master’s in Business Science. She is a qualified PMP® and an authorised trainer of the PMI®. She has excellent communication and presentation skills and enthuses her training classes with her passion for project management. She has also delivered various keynotes on the power skills of project management at both national and international project management conferences.
